Conflict Resolution Training For Field Workers After Earthquake Disaster _IOM (July – 2023)
This training program was created to develop and strengthen the relevant skills of the IOM team, which carries out active support activities for those in need, from a conflict resolution perspective. After the 6 February 2023 earthquake disaster that directly affected 11 provinces in Turkey, this program mainly aims to help field workers to improve their solution-oriented communication skills and to contribute to the development of their skills in terms of managing possible conflicts in the field while in contact with earthquake victims. In this context, a 2-day online training process was implemented with the participation of field employees working in different departments in different provinces.

Conflict Resolution and Social Mediation Training Program with University Students from Different Cultures - Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities - supported by UNHCR (2022 May - 2023)
This project mainly aims to improve the social cohesion skills of the university students from different cultures in different cities (Mardin, Şanlıurfa, Kahramanmaraş, Konya, Mersin, İstanbul, Samsun, Kayseri). For this purpose, conflict resolution and social mediation training content including some important topics such as: conflict analysis, conflict solution strategies, transformative mediation, dealing with discriminiation and solution-oriented communication.
Target group: University students (362 foreigner 529 Turkish) from Mardin, Şanlıurfa, Kahramanmaraş, Konya, Mersin, İstanbul, Samsun, Kayseri.
Conflict Mediation Training for Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Personnel - supported by UNHCR (Januarry 2022)
The main purpose of this training program which is organized in collaboration with UNHCR and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality was to help the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Personnel gain better negotiation, effective communication, and conflict mediation skills. In this way it is aimed to improve social cohesion and solution oriented communication among the host communities and refugees in Istanbul. In this context, Topics such as conflict analysis, conflict sensitivity among different cultures, negotiation as a resolution tool and transformative mediation were conducted to the participants during the training.

Social Cohesion Trainer Training for Community Centre Workers_Turkish Red Crescent_(July-2023)
This Training of Trainers Program is primarily designed to support Red Crescent fieldworkers to strengthen social cohesion. The aim was to help participants develop stronger social cohesion in their own work areas, among the groups they work with and more broadly in their own environment. In this context, in addition to theoretical information, activities were implemented to improve the participants' trainer skills. In this 4-day face-to-face training, topics such as conflict resolution, principled negotiation, transformative mediation, living with differences were discussed. In addition, the training was made more interactive with the non-formal learning method accompanied by creative drama. As it is foreseen that trainers will organize trainings in different community centers in Turkey at the end of this training of trainers process. Therefore special attention was paid to the training skills of the participants and training rehearsals were carried out before the participant conduct the trainings. In addition, a training kit including information and activities from the entire training process was shared with the participants to facilitate the trainers' implementation.
